Bill sent one of his certified inspectors out to take another look and reevaluate our electrical panel and gfci outlets. He determined that they were in working order and they would take care of us. Its a sad day when companies like this are allowed to keep their doors open and hide behind the fine print in their contract to avoid taking responsibility for their negligence.
